Account information

The archive stores your name, email address, a securely hashed password, account status and contributions. Administrators can review member accounts and submissions. Passwords are not stored as plain text.

Sessions & security

An essential session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms. Security rate limits use hashed identifiers derived from IP addresses and account identifiers. The hosting provider may also retain access and error logs.

Contributed records

Published summaries and preview photographs can be viewed by anyone. Full record details, including registration and assembly number when populated, and full-size photographs are available to signed-in members. Login does not prevent members from saving or sharing information they can view. Do not submit private owner contact details or precise home addresses.

Contact enquiries

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, chassis number, message and any attached photos are emailed to the register editor so they can respond. Spam protection uses an essential session cookie and database rate limits with hashed identifiers.
